Social Research

- The development paradigm has changed - from supply driven programming to incorporating aspects of demand generation.
- The role of communication has changed - from being a support service to becoming an integral part of the main agenda.
- Peoples’ attitudes and behaviours have come to be realized as key determinants of program success.
